For best results please ensure your document is set up with a 0.125
inch bleed on all 4 sides. (Even if your artwork does not bleed, go
ahead and set up the document with bleed anyway. The server will
automatically trim 0.125 inches from all 4 sides).
Be sure your document is proportional to 8.75 inches wide x 11.25 inches tall.
